In my artistic practice, I primarily work with the medium of painting, through which I explore motifs inspired by our surroundings—whether natural, urban, or constructed. I create artificial environments and figures that are rooted in reality but subtly altered, allowing them to influence both the subject within the painting and the viewer experiencing the installation.
My work often engages with themes of identity and examines how one's environment shapes the individual as well as society at large. By manipulating familiar elements and contexts, I aim to evoke reflection on the spaces we inhabit and the roles we play within them.
